All bookings must be confirmed by payment of £75.00 deposit.
If you cancel more than six weeks before your due arrival date, your deposit will be returned only if we can re-let the accommodation.
As it is virtually impossible to re-let self-catering on casual basis near to the time of occupation, we regret that, in common with most self-catering accommodation, any person canceling their booking within four weeks of the due date of arrival will be liable for the full rental charge. We shall make every effort to re-let the apartment, in which case there will be no liability for the rental and your deposit will be returned in full.
The balance of the rental is due four weeks before your arrival.
The apartments are normally available from 16.00 on the date of arrival and we normally ask you to leave by 10.00 on your date of departure. However we do try to be flexible about the times if you let us know.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at our discretion, on the condition that they are not left unattended in the apartment. We reserve the right to refuse dogs. Do bear in mind that we are surrounded by fields which are grazed by cattle and also sheep.
Apartments are let for the number of people specified - we would appreciate you advising us if you have any change in numbers.
Breakages/damages incurred are the tenant’s responsibility.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage or loss sustained to any person or their property by whatever means, whilst staying in the apartments.
